This program provides support for and solutions to immediate problems and concerns of seniors and/or persons with disabilities.

Staff will directly assist clients to work through crisis situations by offering intervention, emotional support and essential information regarding one’s rights and choices. Crisis Situations may include an older person who may be experiencing Elder Abuse, Transitional Care Planning for Long Term Care residents wishing to return to the community, or individuals who may be hard to serve.

Service is client directed, confidential and delivered at no cost to the client.
