Family Service Kent is offering FREE drives to vaccine appointments and clinics for residents of Chatham-Kent. People with disabilities, including seniors with mobility issues, who face challenges accessing safe transportation are invited to use this free service.
Family Service Kent is part of a network that is coordinating rides to vaccination sites through local community support organizations to help people get to their appointments safely. Door-to-door transportation will be provided in our fully accessible CareLink or adVANtage vehicles. Please request your ride at least 48 hours in advance to ensure we can accommodate you on the day of your appointment.
To learn more or book a drive to your vaccination, please contact us at 519-354-6221 ext. 246.
