If your employer has an employee assistance program (EAP) provided by FSEAP, then you and your eligible family members may use the services included in your program at no cost to you. Your employer pays for the services provided by FSEAP as part of your employee or union member benefits package. We offer convenient, flexible scheduling, and we match each client(s) with a counselor who best suits your needs.
FSEAP provides quick access to counselling, interventions and resources in order to assist employees and their families work through the challenges of personal and work life. Our therapists have a wide range of experience, knowledge, education, and on-going training in order to address the diverse needs of EAP clients. All discussions are confidential and we do not release any information without prior written consent except to protect life, when ordered by a court of law, or if there are concerns about children’s welfare.

Work/Life Services
A variety of work / life services to help employees and eligible family members manage work and personal life responsibilities and reach their goals. Work / Life services are provided over the phone and the Internet, and include Career Counselling, Childcare / Eldercare Consultation, Financial Coaching and Credit Counselling, Legal Advisory Service, Life Coaching, Nutritional Counselling, Smoking Cessation Support, and Family Stages – Resource Kit.
Crisis Counselling
FSEAP provides crisis counselling 24 hours a day/7 days a week with direct access to professional counselling staff through our toll-free telephone/TTY lines, accessible from anywhere in North America.
Health & Wellness Services
An online health and wellness resource library which provides you with articles, newsletters, e-books, learning modules, online assessments and practical tips and strategies that help you deal with the challenges of life. You can access these confidential on-line resources at www.myfseap.com. Log in using your company’s username and password.
